The guides below are average measurements, as each item is made by real people not robots, and sometimes slight variations can occur.

Most of our garments fit the size guides below, but the few that don't will have their own in the product description.

T-shirts, hoodies and crewnecks:

Wash inside out at 30°C. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry - it's bad for the environment and ruins your clothes. There are much more useful things to do than ironing, but if you must, iron inside out on a warm setting and never iron over decoration. 

Caps:

Use a damp, soapy cloth or sponge to spot clean affected areas.
